Our custom pet portraits are painted onto wood or come as a framed print. If you already have a frame and just need the print, we also offer a digital file, allowing you to print it on your end.

order process

The order process of a pet portrait silhouette is quite simple. We work with you the every step of the way so you will never be left in the dark about what you will be receiving. We’ve broken it down into three simple steps so you can see the process we will go through with you. Still have questions? Please ask! We are here to help.

STEP 1

Simply choose several of your favorite photos of your pet and send them over to us through email at info@lovebugselfies.com. We ask for a couple because some photos just work better than others, and we want to give you options. The photos can be taken from a digital camera (iphone, android, DSLR camera, etc.), and must be in-focus and high resolution. We are unable to create a silhouette if the image isn’t clear. The better the clarity of the photo, the more detail the silhouette will have.

STEP 2

Once we receive your images, we will work to create the silhouette. Let us know the size, what colors you would like for the silhouette and background, and if you’d like a name or phrase added to it. This is all included in the price. We will provide you with a proof of the design to make sure you are completely happy with it. If you’re not, let us know, and we will make the changes. Our main goal is to have you absolutely loving the finished piece, so we will gladly go back to work on the design.

STEP 3

Once you have approved a design, you will need to purchase the item you would like from our Order page. Once this is done, we will begin to work on your custom pet portrait. This usually takes 2 weeks to complete, unless we let you know otherwise. A photo will be emailed to you upon completion so you can see the finished piece. And then we ship it out!
